ROIC designed for HAWAII-I ImagerWe've successfully fabricated ROIC designs for laser radar systems and IR bolometer systems to support project activities at leading universities and research institutions.

Our notable projects include:
  • Room temperature 640x512 ROIC for the DARPA Photon Counting Arrays (PCAR) program designed to exhibit readout noise less than 10 e- rms.
  • Room temperature 640x480 ROIC for L-3 ITC’s microbolometer product.
