Infrared Laboratories Ultra Low Noise ROIC
Low temperature 320x256 30um pitch Ultra Low Noise ROIC working with an InGaAs-based focal plane array at 77K, a key component of a SWIR camera developed by Infrared Laboratories, our parent company. Achieved world's most highest sensitivity with a Noise Equivalent Irradiance (NEI) of 6x10^6 (as of Nov.17, 2009)  

DARPA PCAR Project
Room temperature 640x512 20um pitch ROIC for DARPA PCAR project. An innovative dynamic bias technology implemented to dramatically reduce the power to only 42mW while achieve 9 electron readout noise after correlated double sampling (CDS)  

Radiometric Camera Applications
Uncooled microbolometer FPA for imaging and radiometric camera applications. We designed various versions of VOx resister array based ROIC for ITC of L-3. A 320x240 37.5um pitch format is reported to reach 51mK NedT with f/0.86 lens, 93% transmission and at 60Hz.
